Garth Brooks fans in Chicago can start making plans to see the country superstar.  Tickets for his upcoming concerts at the Allstate Arena on September 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th are on sales on Ticketmaster.   They’ll cost a total of 65-dollars-and 50-cents.  No other cities or dates have been announced yet for Brooks’ tour, which will be the singer’s first trek in over a decade.
