Before his death in 2013, George Jones asked as much as $15.5 million for his 80-acre estate in Franklin, Tenn. Although a sizable chunk of its acreage has been sold off at auction, the late music icon’s main estate continues to linger on the market like a heartbreaking country song. The estate, which includes 20 acres, now lists for sale at $2.995 million. It includes a Plantation-style house of 9,700 square feet with four bedrooms and seven full baths. A beauty salon, private office and a “Floridaroom” are among its features. Outdoors, the formidable horse property has two guest quarters, a pool, a nine-stall stable and a private lake.
